Time Tracking + Absence Requests
Time Tracking Entries
- If time tracking has been activated for your account, you can use the clock at the top right to track time while working. Just click on the clock and select "Start" to activate.
- Once you have completed you a task click on the clock again, select "Save" and fill out the "Project" and "Activity" fields then save.
- Time can also be manually input through the "Time tracking" module.

Within the "Time Tracking" window there are three ways to add an entry:

"Click&Drag" in the "Tracked Time" Window to select a duration.

Manually input a "Start" and "End" time

Input a "Duration" with no defined start or end time.
- Fill in the mandatory "Project" and "Activity" fields.
Add other relevant such as "Break duration" or Comments.
Click "Save"
- To add an entry for a previous date, choose "Yesterday" or click "Select..." and pick the date from the calendar.
Adding Additional Services
- When configured additional billable services can be added while time tracking.
Select the services you wish to add, specify values for each of the units and click "save".
Entering Holidays and Absences
- To enter a new holiday request click the "Holidays" tab.
Enter "Start" and "End" date and select "Save"
- On the right hand side you can view your booked holidays and your yearly holiday allowance.
- To add other types of absence select the "Absence" tab.
Select the "Type of absence" you require from the drop down menu.
Fill in the "Start" and "End" fields.
Click "Save"
Overview
- Click "Overview" to view your time tracking details.
- At the top left of the calendar you can see your time and holiday, balances.
- Clicking on a day will bring up open a window with details of absences or time tracked.
- Entries can be added or removed from within the details tab.
- Click on the "Monthly balance" to view your time balance.
- Click "List view" to view a list of all time tracking entries
This list can be filtered by "Project", "Activity" or "Date" by selecting "Filters"
