Custom fields & number sequences

Team settings > Customization holds two team-wide tools.

Custom fields

Add extra, structured fields to your bookings, projects, rooms, staff and resources (and more). Pick the entity tab, click Add new, and the field then appears when editing those items.

Custom fields can be text, number, date, dropdown or checkbox. They can be required or optional.

These fields also appear in the public REST API and are great for integrations with other systems.

Number sequences

Set the automatic numbering for projects, groups, clients, goods & services and documents such as invoices. Each type has a format (for example P{NUMBER} → P100) and a next number.
