Booking settings & statuses

Team settings > Bookings controls how new bookings behave across your team.

Booking settings

  • Creating new bookings: Set how new projects should behave by default.
  • Optional bookings: Whether optional bookings are ignored in collision checks and cost reports by default.
  • Advanced billing integration: Enable services as the basis for bookings, and the linking of orders. We disable these options by default to reduce visual clutter, as they are only relevant for some teams.

Booking statuses

Further down, Booking statuses let you define the statuses a booking can have (for example Confirmed or 1st Pencil) and their colour. Statuses drive how bookings are labelled and coloured in the planner. We provide a sample set that can be extended or replaced with your own as needed.

There is no limit to the number of statuses you can create.

You may select a default status for new bookings (e.g. Pencil).
