Activities & absence types

Team settings > Time tracking defines two lists used across time tracking and bookings.

Both activities and absence types can not be deleted once used for time tracking or bookings, but can be renamed or disabled. Disabling them will hide them from the booking and time-tracking interfaces, but will not affect existing entries.

Activities

Activities (for example Editing, Colour Grading, Conforming) are what staff book and track their time against. Add, rename or remove them with the buttons on the right.

Absence types

Absence types (for example Business trip or Child ill) are the kinds of absence people can request. Each type carries an optional icon and settings — including whether it requires a time-tracking entry.
