Offers
Create complex offers incl. subtotals and headings, send them directly by e-mail and track the status of offers.

Offer to Invoice
Convert offers directly to invoices, or create multiple invoices from one offer.

Enhancements​

  • Billing: Added team setting for default document subject
  • Team invites: Show invite link instead of invite code for new users

Changes​

  • Vacation overview: Renamed to "Absences" to better reflect overview

Bugfixes​

  • Planner views: Fixed a bug where the checkbox to load the view condensed would be disabled sometimes
  • Team members: Fixed the background task runner appearing in some places as a team member
  • Inventory item prices: Fixed an issue with the price field not resetting after editing or creating a new price
  • Invoices: Inline WYSIWYG editor for items fixed (edit options would not always show up)

Invoice e-mail logs
When sending e-invoices by e-mail, you may now see a detailed delivery log for e-mails sent using freispace.

Enhancements​

  • Invoicing: Added notification when e-mail could not be delivered
  • Recurring invoices: Added setting for service period
  • Invoicing e-mails: E-mails are now verified using S/MIME certificates
