Bugfixes​

• Shifts: Roles would not be shown/changeable when editing a shift
• Planner: On custom views with groups, the right-click menu for adding absences and shifts would not work

Enhancements​

• Storage statistics: With only one data point, no graphs would be visible. We now ensure a graph shows up nonetheless.
• Quote to Invoice: Allow splitting invoices by fixed amounts (e.g. for payment plans)

Features​

Shifts & Rotations Work either with pre-defined shifts and shift rotations, or assign shifts ad-hoc to staff members. Manage shift roles and ensure a full crew where needed. Override individual shifts.

Concurrent absences When checking and approving requests, we now show a list of concurrent absences, removing the need to check the calendar for overlapping absences.

Enhancements​

• HR: Added a new calculation basis for holidays (hourly vs. daily).
• Roles: Added two new role templates (HR and Analytics)
• Roles: Added permissions to only see availability of staff (vs. absence details)
• Planner: In addition to right-clicking a time frame, holding Ctrl (Windows) or ⌃ control (Mac) also allows to add absences.
• Absence list: Added Excel export

Bugfixes​

• Role modal: When deleting an entity and adding another item, the deleted entity would reappear.
• Staff: When updating a contact via vCard upload, the contact's updated data would not be shown until the page was refreshed.
• Project lists: Opening project calendar would not work on some pages.
• Users: Creating a new staff and assigning a user would not refresh the user's side bar until they logged out and back in.
• Time tracking overview: Cancelling an absence request would not refresh the overview, requiring a reload
• Workload: The booking row of a staff would not show the work/free days

Bugfixes​

• Storages: Fixed display of usage percentage on storage detail page
• Bookings: Fixed validation feedback when trying to create a too long booking
• Tasks: Fixed saving task description when task has no name
