Physical Media Tracking (Add-on) Our new physical media tracking feature allows you to manage and track physical media assets from client ingest drives and camera cards to LTO archive tapes. Create and track custom workflows, statuses, and locations, search through file indexes, and manage shipping and receiving of physical media.

Shipments (Add-on) Track any in- or outbound shipments of physical media or other assets including real-time carrier updates. Included in Physical Media Tracking.

Document & Label Designer (Add-on) Create custom templates for labels and documents in any size, and quickly generate them as needed. Edit generated documents using an intuitive drag & drop designer interface. Included in Physical Media Tracking.

Bugfixes​

• Quotes/Invoices: Critical In some rare cases, the order of items within quotes & invoices would be random after re-opening a document.

Features​

Scan Devices (Add-on) Use hardware scanners and mobile devices to scan barcodes and retrieve information or perform actions. This add-on feature comes in conjunction with other features like physical media tracking and allows operators to perform scan-in and scan-out operations efficiently, quickly retrieve an LTOs file contents, create shipments and more.
