Projects: Editing a project's status on the project edit page would fail without error when no permission for archiving/re-activating was granted. We now hide the setting entirely if the user does not have permission to change the status.
Projects: Fixed some dropdowns appearing without any content depending on the user's permissions.
Automatic numbering: Fixed an issue when editing an entity with automatic numbering enabled where the user does not have create permission for that entity.
