Features​

Custom Dashboards Added new, customisable dashboard and widgets in the analytics section. Create graphs and tables of your data to better understand trends and performance by drafting queries (or using orgAI to draft the queries). Export individual graphs or entire dashboards as needed.

Asynchronous Exports Large exports are now processed asynchronously, allowing you to continue working while the export completes in the background. The export automatically downloads once ready, and past exports can be re-downloaded at a later stage.

OAuth We now support Oauth authentication for secure and streamlined access to third-party services.

Credit Notes Create credit notes based on existing invoices, making it easier to manage refunds and adjustments, or create them from scratch as needed.

Enhancements​

  • Quotes/Invoices: Added ability to add an overall discount that applies to the running total (instead only subtotal)
  • Order evaluation: Optional items are now only shown when applicable (e.g. costs booked onto them)
  • Webhooks: Added webhooks for staff
  • Webhooks: Added webhooks for resources

Bugfixes​

  • Invoices: Added tax exemption reasons for better compliance in E-Invoices
  • API: Fixed filtering of invoices by type not working
  • Permissions: On the individual user permissions, some sections were missing (e.g. physical media, storages, departments)
  • Order evaluation: Alternative items were incorrectly displayed
  • Shifts: The context menu items for editing/removing shifts from the planner was no longer shown correctly
  • Gantt: A split booking would lose its group when the split was occuring while converting an item into a booking
