Bugfixes

• Booking to Invoice: The calculation of half day goods & services was incorrect when bookings started late and ended early
• Booking to Invoice: Goods & Services with a day rate would calculate hours ÷ 8 on hourly bookings - this has been rectified to calculate hours ÷ 24 instead
• Permissions: Deleting roles would always require super-admin permission, despite an existing role deletion permission
• Resources: Sorting by group would throw an error
• Resources: Editing a resource would always re-enable it
