Enhancements

• Quotes: See linked bookings when creating/editing quotes
• Booking list: Added ability to remove linked quotes and invoices
• Bookings: When creating a booking and selecting a project, the orders will now be automatically loaded and the corresponding one set (if there is only one order for the project)

Bugfixes

• Invoices: Deletion of linked bookings would not be persisted
• Bookings: Deleting a booking would not remove the linked quote/invoice association
