- Booking to invoice: Ability to add booking costs to existing invoices

- Orders: Line items of invoices would always show prices as EUR
- Tracked costs: Fixed unreconciled costs not always showing
- Booking to invoice: The booking time frame displayed would not take the correct timezone into account
- Booking to invoice: When selecting many bookings, loading would sometimes be interrupted
- Invoices: Having many linked bookings would result in loading issues
